Product Marketing Manager

  • Based from the Inovus Medical HQ in St. Helens.

  • £30-40k Basic Salary (Negotiable for right person) + generous performance bonus

  • Laparoscopic training simulators

  • Hysteroscopy training simulators

  • Cricoid pressure trainer

  • Smart Man BLS & ALS Simulators



The appointed person will be responsible for the global marketing of a range of laparoscopic and medical simulation products to trainee surgeons, healthcare training professionals, professional societies, public hospitals, private hospitals and universities. The business is surgical and medical training focused. Additionally, the role is responsible for sales to direct international territories and also for supporting & growing an international network of distributors.


Candidate requirements

  • BSc or equivalent qualification in life sciences, healthcare, medical related field or marketing.

  • 2 years proven commercial experience in medical, medtech or life science marketing – ideally but not necessarily within the surgical/ medical simulation sector.

  • Prior experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns and exhibiting at congresses, with the ability to effectively work on and manage many priorities at one time.

  • Proven experience in giving oral presentations

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 

  • Experience in managing a website and the use of Adobe Cloud modules is desirable.

  • Highly driven with a strong motivation to succeed

  • The role requires someone who is intent on producing a high standard of work, keen to ensure that there are no errors and fully aware of the importance of deadlines.

  • Clean Driving License valid for the UK

  • Valid Passport for international travel

  • Fluency in written & spoken English

  • A willingness to participate in Belbin Team Roles profiling
