Inovus support BSGE congress and Pecha Kucha Prize

May 22, 2017

The Inovus team were in Hull last week for the BSGE annual scientific meeting. Simulation was a hot topic with many of the key talks from the meeting looking at past approaches to training and how we can improve in the future. There was a general consensus from many of the speakers around the positive impact of ‘take home’ box trainers for laparoscopic skills training and the need to fully integrate such simulators into training across the board.

As well as attending the industry exhibition Inovus were proud sponsors of the inaugural Pecha Kucha Prize for best short oral presentation. Oliver O’Donovan who is pictured above receiving congratulations from Inovus CEO, Dr Elliot Street, won the prize.
