Inovus Medical announces the expansion of its commercial arm with the appointment of three new key positions to drive sales and product marketing forward. Ross Davies has been appointed to the newly created role of Territory Manager - South UK whilst Sarah O’Leary has been recruited as Territory Manager - North UK and Helen Hanson joins the company as Product Marketing Manager covering both UK and International markets.

Ross joins Inovus Medical with three and a half years sales experience working with an advanced energy device company, covering the Midlands and East Anglia. In 2017 Ross achieved Sales person of the year after concentrating his time selling into the NHS all the while supporting customers with training and development.
Ross said “I moved to Inovus Medical as I was looking for a new challenge in a rapidly growing sector. I was particularly drawn to Inovus because of the fantastic story behind the company and the passion of the employees, not to mention the innovative produtcs. I feel it is important to provide affordable, accessible and functional products that will help the clinical outcome of surgeons, nurses and healthcare professionals around the world.”
Sarah, having recently returned to the commercial world after taking time off to start a family, has over 10 years experience, working for some of the top brand names in surgical and medical device manufacturing in the UK and Europe. Sarah brings a wealth of medical and industry knowledge to Inovus and an ethusisam that is hard to match.
Sarah said “After taking time out to start a family I was ready to return to the thing that drives me and that I feel so passionate about and that is helping to improve quality and skills within the surgical and medical arena. Coming to work at Inovus Medical means I get to experience working for a company that is at the beginning of a fantastic new journey, added to that I get to introduce exciting new products to the medical and surgical training environments across the North of the UK”.
Helen has 19 years experience, marketing and promoting British, European and American household brands worldwide, she has dedicated the last 12 years of her career marketing health and social care services across the UK both privately and to local authorities.
Helen said “Inovus Medical is a company with an exciting future. I am delighted to take on this new role, helping to promote training devices that can advance surgical skills through the use of affordable medical simluation products. It’s always exciting being a part of a new commercial team and I’m looking forward to developing the Inovus Medical brand further, and having the opportunity to introduce the range of products across the globe”
